I have a crush on my teacher. She is really pretty and she has a nice personality. I've liked her since the beginning of my middle school year, and I want to stop. If she finds out I hear I could get into big trouble. I don't know how to stop liking her.

It is very common for students both male and female to have crushes on their teachers. If this particular teacher is pretty and nice I'm sure some others may have an innocent crush on her too. The only way you could get in trouble is if you try to act on it or do something inappropriate. It could be hard to stop liking somebody and just turn off those feelings. Maybe it can help if you tell yourself that having a crush on her is a waste of time and try to focus your attention on a girl your age. It could also help to start thinking about something else as soon as this teacher pops into your mind. That something else could be anything-school work, friends, sports, movies - just something that interests you.
