Masturbation is a normal and natural thing. Also, if your only doing it once a day it doesn't sound like this "addiction" is taking over your life and keeping you from going about your normal living routine. I am wondering why you hate yourself for it and are scared about the health of your penis. Did someone say something to you? Is it because of religion? As a teenager your hormones are changing and you can feel a tension in your penis, masturbation is a good release. Also, it helps you get in touch with your body and sexual feelings without the complications that come with having sex or doing sexual things with someone else.
