    after a recent bad expiriance using a condom, i want to take plan b to be sure of no pregnancy. but, i have my first gynocologist appointment in 3 days and will be put on birth control... will taking plan b and birth control shortly after be harmful/uneffective? and will sode affects like bleeding from plan b affect my gynocologist appointment?

    This is something that you would want to discuss when purchasing plan B. The pharmacist should be able to answer some of these questions. Also check out planbonestep.com for more information on side effects. If there is bleeding due to Plan B, just let your gynecologist know. They see women on a daily basis that may have their periods or be spotting.
