freshmen year is supposed to be the year you can get used to your surroundings and just settle in. make friends, meet new people, etc. thats what i was doing! i was having a great time until my grades began tanking. i was falling behind. my parents wouldnt leave me alone. they just kept yelling at me about how useless i was and how i couldnt do any of this right. they make me the bad example of what you shouldnt do and honestly i cant do this anymore but i js gotta push through, we all do.

That must be hurtful that they make you an example. Can you tell them how that makes you feel? Maybe they don’t realize how much they are affecting you?! It’s true that it can be hard to acclimate to college and balance the responsibilities so try to make a plan to get back on track for you! Also practice some coping skills to help balance it all.
