I weigh a healthy amount (21.8 BMI) accordion to every bmi calculator I find on the internet.
I feel fat though. Sometimes my friends call me fat like it's a joke but I cant really tell if Sometimes I skip lunch and breakfast. I have a friend who is SO skinny and it is so easy for him.
Sometime when I don't eat very much in a week I start to get light headed and it really freaks me out... What should I do?
