    Ummm...
    I weigh a healthy amount (21.8 BMI) accordion to every bmi calculator I find on the internet.
    I feel fat though. Sometimes my friends call me fat like it's a joke but I cant really tell if Sometimes I skip lunch and breakfast. I have a friend who is SO skinny and it is so easy for him.
    Sometime when I don't eat very much in a week I start to get light headed and it really freaks me out... What should I do?

    If you are a healthy weight you don't need to diet, if a doctor tells you that you are at an unhealthy weight, then that is a different story. Skipping meals is not a healthy way to maintain a good weight though. Food is fuel for us and without it, our bodies don't function properly. The light headedness you speak of is probably just that.
