Please visit Planned Parenthood at this link: http://www.plannedparenthood.org/health-topics/ to find out if you are eligible for free annual exams and other services. There is an spot on top right corner where you can put your zip code to find the closest one in your area.
Additionally here is the government link to health insurance so you can see what works for you https://www.healthcare.gov/ or you can call at 1-800-318-2596 for help, but if you go to the link it does say that there is a live chat for you to ask questions.

I have also attached a link to the NJ Department of Insurance in NJ and on this page there is information and links that you can click on that are specific to your personal situation http://www.state.nj.us/dobi/division...mers/du31.html. There is also something called family care for NJ and that link is http://www.njfamilycare.org/ or call at 1-800-701-0710 to speak to a Health Benefit Coordinator.
I hope this information helps you and if you need to talk further, call 2NDFLOOR anytime at 888-222-2228.

There may be individual clinics that offer financial assistance like this one: http://northlandfamilyplanning.com/financial-assistance-insurance
