I just feel that my eating disorders aren't valid because I am gaining weight and not skinny. I weigh a lot more than I should and I feel that's the reason I don't have any friends. I try to restrict but end up giving in and eating more calories than I need and I get anxious and hate myself all day and night. My boyfriend recently broke up with me because of my illness and I have no one know to even talk to it about. I have no friends and I keep gaining weight because of it. I am so embarrassed to be in public because of my fat and I hate going to school because of it.

Maybe you should go to a nutritionist and talk about your eating habits. A nutritionist can put you on a healthy eating plan so you can just maintain your weight but also eat foods that are good for your body without restricting yourself. If you feel that you may have an eating disorder I would reach out to a doctor. They will be the ones that will be able to help diagnose the eating disorder and then refer you to a specialist. Eating disorders can be very serious and very dangerous so it's important to reach out for the help that you need.
