  • After school snacks

    After school I'm usual a little tired so I eat a snack but most of the time I stuff myself with bad food that we have. I can't help it. And then at dinner I don't eat anything. I've tried finding something that would fill me but that would be healthy.

    If you are having difficulty with food or nutrition I would try talking to your doctor or a specialist. They will have some good options for healthy snacks that can keep you full longer. A good snack that is high in protein could for example be peanut butter with a type of fruit. Also try discussing this with your parents, if they know you are looking for better options they can help you to do that when they go food shopping.
