    Well. I have a anxiety disorder I m getting better now this happens from when I was little the thing is that I m pregnant and I don't want stress in my life not more I m visiting a therapist. I m practising yoga class relaxing technique and doing everything that is on my hands to fight with this and not stressing while I m pregnant my next appointment with the therapist is to c if I m going to take relaxing pills or not to find out what is better for me. I really don't want to take pills only if I have to. I want to know if yoga and relaxing technique. I do yoga every days I heard if u stress too much pregnant can have a abortion I don't want that happene will yoga. Help me. If I do yoga everyday. I won't lose my baby ? I want to know if I can survive this doing yoga. Except if taking pills?

    It sounds like you are really trying to take control of your anxiety and that is very brave! It is important to consult with your OB/GYN regarding medications you take during pregnancy. Your doctor is a great resource for all of your medical questions.
