Will there be another hurricane this year you think? I am so afraid.

Hi,
There is no way of knowing if there will be another hurricane this year. You may have some heightened worries because you either experienced some loss from Sandy or were just frightened by all the damage that was seen around this area. Many people were traumatized by the event last year. Keeping busy and making sure you get enough rest and exercise are also important so be sure to try and take good care of yourself.
