I never have panic attacks, or physical symptoms, but I do worry a lot in my head.. would anti anxiety meds make it easier to focus on my relationhips with others and my schoolwork>

That is a question that you would have to consult with a doctor about. You could also consider developing and practicing healthy coping strategies to decrease the worrying- instead of possibly depending on medication.
