I'm pregnant.. With my ex's child who abused me. I'm scared and don't know what to do. I can't tell my dad who I live with because he said if I was pregnant before I finished high school he would kill the baby and kick me out. I don't know what to do. I don't believe in abortions.. I'm just so confused. 😥

First, I am sorry that you feel isolated and alone in this situation that must be scary for you. Do you have a support system? Anyone that you could talk to about this? Friend? Relative? It's good to have people that you can talk to during this time. You can even talk to your guidance counselor since you’re in school still. I also encourage you to talk to someone about the relationship with your abusive ex-boyfriend if he was abusive. Here is the link to an amazing website that can help people who were in or are still in unhealthy relationships and it’s called Love is Respect @ http://www.loveisrespect.org/, you can call them too at 866-331-9474 someone is there 24/7 to chat with you. You can also call us and we can give you the number to a local agency to counsel you about the abuse or you can click on the link yourself to get the information @ http://www.state.nj.us/dcf/families/dfcp/index.html.
Now as far as your pregnancy, I have to say that we are not medical doctors here so you’re best option is talking to your doctor (OBGYN) about what your options are for the pregnancy. I have listed two website and a number for Planned Parenthood of NJ, they have different offices throughout NJ so you can find one closet to you. Talk to them!! Here is a website that can give you educational information about your pregnancy at Sex, Etc. @ http://sexetc.org/sex-ed/info-center...ries-pregnancy. The number to Planned Parenthood’s is 1-800-230-7526 and their website is @ http://www.plannedparenthood.org/learn/pregnancy/. Remember to take it one step at a time so you don’t get overwhelmed, when you make your appointment ask for a counselor to talk to about what’s going on so they can assist you with all your needs. I hope this helped and please call 2NDFLOOR anytime you need to talk further, we are here 24/7 at 888-222-2228 or text us daily from 4-8PM
