i don’t like myself

I don't want to be that girl, but it's almost
Sickening. I can't even look into a mirror
unless my glasses are off because of the
intense dissatisfaction. It's so strange that I
can see the beauty in everyone else but fail
to come close in seeing it in myself.
Compliments like "you're so cute!" "You're
so pretty!" I can hardly believe. I try so hard
not to think about my appearance because of how upset it makes me. I hate my face, I hate my acne scars, I hate the lines on my face. When I say I hate myself I don't only mean internally. How am I supposed to like
someone such as myself?
