  • Always Wrong

I feel like lately, everything I say somehow makes my mom angry. She constantly asks me about my school problems, which I would be happy to tell her about later. But for right now, I dont feel comfortable talking about it. Ive expressed this to her, but she keeps asking and asking and asking. Then she gets very angry when I explain. I feel like whatever I do there will be a consequence. If I tell her my problems, she yells at me and judges me. If I dont tell her, she yells at me for hiding things from her. I cant take this anymore, she can never be the wrong one, somehow its always me. I just try to be nice, but nothing works.

I am sorry to hear that you are going through this that must be very difficult. Hopefully, things will change as time goes on with your mother. Maybe instead of talking to her, write her a letter and tell her how you feel. Also remember that your mother's reaction to you does not mean that you did anything wrong. Her reactions have nothing to do with your character! If you ever want to call and vent we are always here. Call 2NDFLOOR @ 888-222-2228 and someone will always answer. Remember things will pass eventually. Stay Positive!
