my dad committed suicide when I was a toddler, leading my mom into severe depression, causing her to do drugs so she handed my sibling and I over to our grandparents, who never gave us back to her even tho she's healed, and honestly they're really nasty towards me but really sweet towards my brother, and they never let us see my dad's side of the family and they honestly just really hurt me a lot. like I already have severe bipolar disorder and anxiety and ADHD and extremely low self esteem and I get suicidal tendencies almost all the time and I just don't know what to do..

It's important to get the help that you need. Do you see a counselor on a regular basis? If not you may want to consider it, because this is not something you should be going through alone. Have you tried talking to your mom about the possibility of you moving back in with her or maybe there is another family member that you could stay with for a while? If you are uncomfortable in your home it's important to tell an adult you can trust. Make sure you identify people that you feel comfortable talking about this whether it's a teacher at school, a counselor, or a family member.
