On New Years, this guy im good friends with told me to drink all of this beer and i got really drunk. He took me into a bed room and took my phone from me and started making out with me. He took my hand and put it in his pocket and gave me a condom and then took my clothes off and we had sex. I never said no but i wasnt really in a state where i could understand what was going on, is this rape?
