i am 19 years old my girlfriend is 15... is there a law stating that we can not be together or anything due to a age difference? is it statutory rape?

In NJ, the age of consent for sexual intercourse is 16 years old. This basically means that your girlfriend cannot consent to sex. For more information, it would be helpful to check with an adult, like a guidance counselor at school. You can also check out the website www.sexetc.org.
