I'm a 16 year old male and I really like a 19 year old girl. She likes me too and we're not officially dating but when we see each other we kiss and stuff and talk cute and stuff but we haven't/won't ever have sex until we were older and actually dated. Is there anything wrong with this?

Doesn't sound like you're doing anything wrong. The age of consent in NJ is 16 and with your ages you are within four years of each other anyway, so as long as your both acting in ways that the other is fine with, you don't seem to be doing anything wrong.
