So I think my friend has a boyfriend and i asked her but she wont tell me for some reason. What are some ways i can tell by just talking or looking at her that she could possibly have a boyfriend? I know i wont know for sure but i just want to know some signs that she has a boyfriend.

First, sometimes it is hard for people to express their feelings, which, from what you are describing, seems to be the case for your friend. You should trust that your friend will tell you when and if she is ready to. Maybe she wants to keep some things private and as her friend you should respect her wishes.
As far as signs that someone has a boyfriend, there are all kinds of things, like dressing up more, buying new clothes or shoes, changing hairstyles, taking private phone call, etc.
Lastly, try to remember that everyone has feelings. It is possible that your friend just doesn't know how you would feel about it, so she wants to keep it private for now.
