I want to date a girl but how do I tell her that I'm transgender.

Perhaps it would be helpful to take a step back and not focus on how to tell her that you are transgender initially, but try getting to know her as a person first. Some of the best relationships come out of being friends before hand. Telling someone that your transgender is completely your choice. No one can tell you when to come out, so don't do it until you feel ready. If you think that you are ready, then do it however comes natural to you, but just keep in mind that her reaction might not be what you hoped for. Take your time in sorting all of this out.
