I understand why you are nervous. Just go to the drug store and get a couple pregnancy tests to ease your mind. Take it one step at a time, see what the test says and go from there.
Just keep in mind for next time you have sex that there is always a the potential to get pregnant regardless of birth control or even a condom. Nothing is 100 % except abstinence.
