My grades have been going from As to Bs. I'm scared with will go even lower. My social studies teacher said that 4 kids will be held back and I'm scared one of them is me. I have been listening to subliminals to try and manifest better grades but it isn't working. I got 4/18 in this social studies assignment and I don't want my parents to see it.

So first of all you definitely won't be held back for having B's. That's typically more of a D's or F's situation, so you are ok there. You might want to try talking to your teachers in the subjects and see if they have any ways to help you out. Maybe extra work to learn more or even extra credit assignments. Depending on what the subject is, you can also try looking up related information online to help you learn more about any of the subjects you are struggling with. If that doesn't help and you want to bring those grades you could look into tutoring. Most schools offer tutoring services, or even the local high schools. I don't know what grade you are in but asking for help and using outside resources are great ways to improve (from personal experience). I am 16 but my brother is 12 and we both use khan academy and other resources like quilzlet from time to time. You should be able to just search for your topic/subejct.
