Stress!

Dear (who ever is reading this),
Lately i have been stressing about school which has kept me up at night and i'm worrying about my health from all this stress. I'm so young and i don't know what to do about it. I also stress about other people in my grade being smarter ITS SO STRESSFUL! I spoke with my parents but i'm also dealing with lots of drama because my friend and i haven't felt our best lately (we are sick) and a girl in my grade is trying to make my best friend mad at me. I cant help but wonder "what if she gets mad? What should i do about all this?!? reply and i will write back to other people stressing too! ~me

Wow, that's a lot of stuff going on for you to be stressing over. Break thinks down into workable portions so it doesn't seem like you have so much going on. Being stressed from other people being smarter than you is something you have no control over. There will always be someone smarter than you, there is only one person that can be the smartest person in the world. Instead focus on doing your absolute best and being the best person you can be, maybe that will take some of the stress off your need to be the smartest. As far as your friend situation, can you try telling your friend what's going on? Like say "Hey, I feel like (whatever her name is) is trying to cause problems between us, so I just wanted to let you know that I care about our friendship and would never say or act in a way to damage it."
