Scared to Get Help!!

I am having some problems lately, and I know it would be best to talk to my guidance counselor about it. The thing is, i am afraid to talk to her because I don't want everyone to know what is going on. No one knows yet, not even my parents. The teacher I trust at my school, including my counselor, are friends of my family. I am very, very afraid to tell anyone. Scared to the point that i am crying. How do I get help?

Maybe you'll feel more comfortable talking live with one of our counselors in a less public forum. We offer phone services all day, every day and texting services on Fridays from 4pm-8pm at (908) 280-0235 (or just click the banner up there ^^^ from a smart phone). Maybe we can give you some guidance, advice or referrals that might help you start the healing process.
