Nose bleed ocd health anxiety

I have ocd and I m really worry about getting nose bleed without blowing nose and then yellow scab that seem no to be healing I m worry about a infection ;( I don’t blow my nose but when it get stuffy it bleed

Maybe you could talk to your doctor about what's happening with your nose the next time you see them. There may be something they could do to help you with the stuffiness so you don't have to blow it as much and irritate it and make it bleed. Maybe you could also ask your parent/guardian to by you softer or even wet wipes for you to blow your nose in as they may not irritate it as much and cause it to bleed.
