How long does black and mild (cigars) stay in your blood & Uruine ? A friend of mine is concerned since she has blood work coming .

This is assuming she is smoking tobacco in the cigars and nothing else. Tobacco and other items detectable in your blood can be there up to ten days. In urine, it is detectable for 3-4 days. Most drug tests do not test for tobacco since it is not illegal to people over 18, unless it is a test specifically to find if your friend has been using tobacco.
