TW death anxiety

if anybody can please help within the past couple of weeks i’ve developed extreme death anxiety i do not want to go into details on here but it’s impacting my day to day line so negatively i feel like nothing is real ive desperately been trying to find someone to help me and i can’t if anybody is going through this or knows something about this please help me i feel like i’m going crazy
