I am glad you reached out! Although difficult, it is good that you are able to identify who you are which is a large advantage to getting help. There is a large community out there that will to embrace you and support you through this experience. One program within that community that we would recommend reaching out to is a program similar to ours but is specific to LGBTQ concerns. The program is called The Trevor Project.
