What does that mean

While I'm trying to find new therapists to work with, I read this in one of a therapists ya know, information they were providing:

"Please be aware that submitting a mental health invoice for reimbursement carries a certain amount of risk to confidentiality, privacy, or to future capacity to obtain health or life insurance or even employment."

What does that mean? The employment part worries me; because I'm currently in therapy and get reimbursed, so does that mean they have my personal info that will affect my employment?
