So I filled out an application to be a part of a media project (special stories with special kids) regarding disabilities and mental health. I wanted to share my story and talk about my diagnosis, but then added two fake ones that I don't have. I don't know if they will ask for proof of diagnosis (that I have for ), but C-PTSD and OCD was so stupid of me to add on the list. What if they ask for it? I don't want to lose this oppurtunity if I was to get it.

It is cool that you wanted to participate in a project about disabilities and mental healthy, however it is never a good idea to lie about disorders or diagnosis.
