im so exhausted and tired of everything. school is too stressful. my family is too stressful. i have no friends. i want to take a vacation but i can't. help please i have no time to relax.

Maybe you need to set aside a certain amount of time each day to taking a breather. Whether that be to listen to music, watch a comedy, take a walk or do a class, close your eyes, journal, whatever gives you some solace. Try to just focus on the moment. You can set a timer for this and allow yourself the time to relax, but you can also set an alarm to manage your time with studying too, it can focus you and help get rid of the feeling of being overwhelmed by all the responsibilities.
