Feelings of depression are really tough emotions. Feeling depressed can often include sadness, withdrawal, and even feeling hopeless. If you are feeling like you want to die, it is so important to reach out to an adult that you trust for help and support with this. Some examples include, your parents, a family member, teacher, guidance counselor, school nurse, or doctor. You may even find it helpful to just talk and vent to someone.
