there is this boy that I met and we started talking only 4 days ago and he told me he liked me and I kind of liked him to do I said "I like you too" but I really don't like him that much anymore and i just feel like things are being really rushed and going way too fast like he already wanted to kiss and stuff and I just don't want to take that step, how do I end something that never started?

You need to just be honest before things get more awkward. Tell him that you think he's nice, but you just want to keep you guys as friends. There is no magic words to say other then the truth.
