Every day before I sleep or if I sleep my mind races about the future, past, and present. With all that running in my head my self loathing kicks in "why would you do that stupid?" "why can't you do anything right?" "No one likes you your worthless" these question and hurtful words rush through my head every day. I feel like my heads gonna explode. What should I do my lack of sleep is really putting a toll on me?

It sounds like you could be experiencing some anxiety with the overthinking at bed and that definitely will keep you up at night. Maybe you could try to do a different routine at bed, try some mediation, yoga, reading a book, or take a bath to try and calm your mind before you try to sleep. Listen, we all can overthink sometimes, but its important to put events that happen throughout the day in perspective. Try not to let things go and remember there is always a new day!
I don't know how old you are, but many schools have guidance counselors so maybe you could talk to one. It may also help to find an activity or hobby that you enjoy (sports, art, theater) and take up a class or join a group.
This can also be a place for yourself where you don't have to worry, but just have fun and let loose. Being active can also help you sleep better and release stress.
