I told cps that I didn't feel comfy at home and didn't want to stay there, will they take me away?

We can't say what CPS will do since we aren't affiliated with them, however, what they typically do is perform interviews and evaluations to determine how severe the abuse is and from there enforce all different kinds of interventions from mandating therapy to removing the children from the home, but that is not their only option.
