It sounds like a really bad day, but nothing is worth feeling like wanting to die. What options do you have available to you currently? If you are under 18 and you are being mistreated or abused by your parents, you can call DCP&P, which is the state agency that handles child abuse at 877-NJ-ABUSE. They can come an perform an evaluation to determine if abuse is taking place, then recommend solutions for the problem. You can also just call us and we can call them with/for you if you provide us with some information. Finding some time to yourself sounds like a good idea too, maybe once everyone is calm you can talk to your Mom about having a safe space/time for when your are frustrated, where you can be left alone. You might also like some anxiety/meditation apps on your phone. If your thoughts of hurting yourself or wanting to die increase or turn into more than thoughts and become something you are thinking of acting on, you need to reach out for help. You can call the Suicide Prevention Lifeline at 800-273-TALK. You can also call us anytime to talk or text at 888-222-2228.
