My mom records me...

Every time I do anything or make any move, my mom is recording me and trying to make me say something I don't mean. This is very weird and I think it is a psychological problem. Is there any reason why she does this?

P.S. I don't have a good relationship with my mom...

Glad your reached out to us. So I could not say why your mom does that, have you asked her? Can you try talking to her about how you feel? Maybe if someone else is with you whom you trust? Family relationships can be challenging sometimes but just remember that the only actions you can control is your own, so if you can avoid the drama whenever possible do it. I in know way mean that it is your fault but your not going to change someone. Can you also talk to your dad or a trusted family member?
