I don't know what to do, or if I even should do anything. My parents are in an unhappy relationship, and my sisters aren't any help. They purposely do things to make them argue, and the arguments usually last 5-10 minutes and normally end with someone saying "whatever, go f*** yourself, you (insert noun)!" Also, one of them usually finds some way to try and get the kids on their side and against the other parent. Most nights my mom spends smoking and getting drunk in her room, while my dad usually sleeps on the couch, or is at work until 6 AM. Another thing is, I think my dad is secretly gay. I went on my family's computer history and found a LOT of gay porn, and the time stamps match when he's usually awake or comes home from work. Despite all this, they provide for me well. 6 figure salaries for both of them, I go to a private school, and I get some nice things. Even though they buy me things I want, I still can't help but feel like I want a new family

I can understand why that would be hard to hear your parents fighting all the time. Have you ever tried to talk to them about how it makes you feel when they fight, when they are each alone and at a time when they are not fighting? I also don't know how old you are but if you’re in school, try going to your guidance counselor to vent and maybe he/she can call your parents in to talk or give a number for family counseling. Family relationships can be challenging sometimes, but try to remind yourself that you are not the parent so you do not have to solve their differences for them.

Try to do things that can reduce stress when you want to vent, like going for a walk, watching a funny movie, listen to music, join an activity after school, journal your thoughts, volunteer.
