Thanks for reaching out. Unfortunately paying someone asking for money will only result in them asking for more money once you pay them. You're best bet is to involve law enforcement so they can see if they are traceable to prevent this from happening again. You can go to your local police station and explain what's going on (bring your computer) and see what your options are. They aren't always able to help you but it's most likely your best bet.
