    dear second floor,
    i am the one who posted the other me thanks for the help i will use that but there is more added to it now. now i get bullied and i wanna die but i dont want anyone knowing i go to school wearing a jacket but i get told to take it of becaause it is against the school policy and i have just started cutting i am weak i am not strong and what ever someone says that is mean i cant igore if i get bllied 5 imes a day then every time i et bullied i cut my self for each one i am tired of it and i want to stop cutting but i cant if i get bullied all the time it does take the pain away what do i do. fyi i dont want to tell anyone at all

    Thank you so much for reaching out to 2ndFloor again. It sounds like you are going through a really difficult time. We want you to know that you are not alone and we are here to help you in anyway that you can. First off if you feel like you are going to harm yourself call 911 or call the the Suicide Prevention Lifeline at 800-273-8255 to get support and help immediately. Life is worth fighting for and you have your whole life ahead of you. If you feel like cutting, it is because it is a way of regulating the pain you are feeling. However you must know that this is not a healthy way of handling your emotions. You need to seek help from a therapist that can teach you strategies on dealing with stress, anxiety, depression, etc.
    In regards to the bullying you are experiencing at school... have you reported these incidences? Or have you spoken to your parents/guardians? They can call school and speak to an administrator about what is going on. In many states bullying is a chargeable offense and you should feel safe at school. You can also seeking out help from Antibullying Specialist or counselor and fill out a bullying report. They will have an investigation so that they can address these bullies and you can be left alone. Please know that you shouldn't have to feel like this anymore.
